There have been quite a few things to update everyone on over the past month or so. We’ve really pushed into expanding the guild into a larger community. In the past 2 weeks we’ve opened up multiple ToC 10 and ICC 10 groups which all have about the same amount of weekly progression. I’ve been constantly updating the website charts and recruiting more and more to fill the current open slots and we’ve really been filling nicely ^^.
Hopefully things keep filling like it has been and we will have all of our groups building and growing as much as they are now. If you have or know someone that is interested in taking a raid slot or multiple raid slots, please let them know that they will need to whisper Faunwea or Retail to receive an invite. Please check raid times on the charts BEFORE whispering to ensure you can make the raids. We commonly group up 20 Minutes prior to the starting time, so keep that in mind.
As for raiding updates~. People who are coming to our raids, whether guilded or people who commonly join with us a PuG’s, will need to realize that there are certain things that need to be followed when raiding. One of them being that if they are not on time for the raids they signed up for, they risk LOSING their spot to a PuG. There was a few situations where people show up 5 minutes late asking for their spot, and commonly I say it is already filled.. do NOT expect me to kick a person that has already taken your raiding slot.
Another thing is that everyone guilded MUST be on Ventrilo when running raids unless we say otherwise. This ensures smooth raids and will give a person one less excuse for doing something wrong. Ventrilo will be used to give raiding instructions and things that are expected to be followed. Raiding is meant to be enjoyable, but there are times where we need to be serious when progressing… be ready for those times.
Finally, for those of you who signed up for raids and have not been showing, your positions will be replaced whenever we feel they need to be. It is your responsibility to show up on time and notify us of upcoming days where you cannot make it. Do not take this offensively, but there are many other people who depend on you showing up, and we need you there. All in all though, hopefully things will get more and more stable and we’ll continue to stay the way we have always been =).
